Having correct form while exercising is crucial. If your form/technique is wrong, you will not receive the muscular or physiological benefits associated with each exercise. There is also a greater chance of injury if an exercise is not done correctly.  If you wish to see how to perform an exercise that is not listed, let me know through email.
